Bananas Foster Milkshake
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
- 75g frozen banana slices
- 2 Tbs. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbs. natural almond butter
- 120g ice
- 2 Tbs. whipped cream topping
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add the almond milk, protein powder, banana slices, cottage cheese, almond butter, and ice to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream topping and cinnamon. Enjoy!
Chocolate Covered Banana Shake
Makes 1 serving

- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1 serving CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
- 2 Tbs. chocolate peanut butter powder
- 30g frozen bananas
- 8-10 (130g) ice cubes
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbs. (46g) liquid egg whites
- 40g mashed banana
- 1 Tbs. (14g) OffBeat Cinnamon Bun Butter
- ¾ serving (27g) CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
Directions:
- Add the oats, water, egg whites and mashed banana to a bowl. Microwave for 1.5 minutes.
- Stir in the nut butter and then add in the protein powder. Stir until well combined.
- Top with cinnamon. Enjoy!
