Makes 1 serving

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serving CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
  • 75g frozen banana slices
  • 2 Tbs. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbs. natural almond butter
  • 120g ice
  • 2 Tbs. whipped cream topping
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond milk, protein powder, banana slices, cottage cheese, almond butter, and ice to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whipped cream topping and cinnamon. Enjoy!

      Chocolate Covered Banana Shake
