Technical Coordinator

We’re currently looking for a full-time, remote Technical Coordinator to join our Clean Simple Eats team. This position will report to the Director of Technology and help manage cross-functional projects with our CSE+ app, our Direct-To-Consumer website and Wholesale website. The ideal candidate would already be familiar with the Clean Simple Eats brand and lifestyle. Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working with Shopify
  • 2+ years experience managing mobile applications
  • In-depth technical knowledge of how websites and mobile applications work
  • Experience with UX/UI design
  • Experience with managing communications between development/marketing teams
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Experience with or willingness to learn RevenueCat, Sentry, subscription platforms, Figma, Retool, Google Cloud Platform, Slack

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product setup, launches and sales for consumer and wholesale websites
  • Assist with and facilitate mobile product and website design projects
  • Scope and define project requirements, create project plans and timelines, coordinate with team members, and ensure proper communication throughout project timelines
  • Use industry standard best practices for accessibility and compliance on all technical projects
  • Stay up to date with latest technology trends and help position the company to be at the forefront of our industry
  • Help define KPIs and regular reporting touchpoints for the team and systemize the delivery of these reports to management
  • Listen to and understand customer feedback, and respond to product suggestions
  • Support the Customer Experience team with customer issues on our web and mobile platforms
  • Attend virtual team meetings multiple times per week
  • Work with members of the technology team to develop documentation for internal processes
  • Other duties and responsibilities as this position develops going forward
