Shipping
Shipping destinations:
We ship our products within the USA & Canada
Shipping rates outside of the USA do not include any additional duties or import fees.
We cannot guarantee Canadian delivery. We do not offer refunds if your order is unable to be delivered due to issues at customs.
Shipping times:
Orders are processed for shipment within 7 business days, with rare exceptions for holidays and large scale promotions.
Shipping time is entirely controlled by the individual carrier, and shipping method selected at check out. Shipping time may vary depending on location, weather, health and safety regulations, and other factors
Shipping cost:
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders US $99+ and over. The subtotal at checkout needs to be $99+ even after any discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a subtotal less than $99, shipping fees will be applied depending on your chosen delivery method and country.
The total charge, including taxes and shipping, will be displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping options are available, at the customer's expense. Rates and current delivery estimates are displayed at the time of checkout. We cannot be liable for deliveries that exceed the quoted timeframe and other issues outside of our control.
Accurate Information Required:
The customer bears sole responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout – including name, mailing and billing addresses, and phone number, as well as any additional contact information that will support the delivery of the package. We will not be liable for any errors entered at checkout, but will make a good faith effort to correct errors if notified promptly. We will not be responsible for a failed delivery or delivery attempt resulting from improperly entered information, and the customer may incur additional charges (including shipping or return charges). Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check that all of their information is correct before submitting their order.
Returns and Refunds
We're proud to have created the best products on the market, so we’re pretty sure you’re going to love them, too! We offer single serving sizes of many of our products and highly recommend trying those before purchasing a larger bag of a new flavor or formula. Your satisfaction is important to us! Refund Policy
If you don’t absolutely love the taste of our products, you can contact us and request a refund! Terms and conditions apply.
Refund Restrictions and Limitations:
- Limited to one (1) product per customer
- Limited to one (1) opened item return per customer
- Must contact CSE within 14 days of order delivery
- Not applicable to free products
- Not applicable to products not purchased on the CSE website or CSE+ app
- Shipping is non-refundable
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO GRANT OR DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once a refund is processed it may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your account. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, unless the reason for the return is due to the fault of the seller.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com. with the subject "Damaged Item(s)" and include your order number, name, and image of the damaged item(s) in your email.
Damages
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a replacement or 100% refund. Please contact hello@cleansimpleeats.com with the subject "Damaged Item(s)" and include your order number, name, and pictures of your damaged item(s).

Address Changes
If you need to update the shipping address on your order, please immediately contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com before your order ships. Be sure to include the new shipping address. If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, the shipping address can not be changed. We do not offer refunds if it’s unable to be delivered because of an issue with the address.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, items cannot be added to or removed from the order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, and you’d like to make changes, contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com for help cancelling and re-ordering.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com for order cancellation requests. If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
Subscriptions
Two minimum orders are required when you sign up for our Subscribe & Save program to receive automatic shipments so you never run out and a 10% discount on all subscription orders. First US order gets FREE shipping if $99+ and all recurring subscription orders will receive free shipping with no minimum purchase amount required. Your subscription will automatically renew at scheduled intervals, and your credit card will be charged for the subscription products until you decide to cancel or skip a shipment.
You have the flexibility to modify your subscription items at any time and swap, remove or add items or add on one-time products. To make changes or cancel your subscription, log into your CSE account or click on the "manage subscription" button on the login screen. If a shipment is not skipped or cancelled before processing, we are unable to cancel your order.
Please note that applicable taxes may be added. Subscribe & Save is only available in the U.S.

Product Testing
We run verified third party tests for Non-GMO. When applicable, we also run Gluten-free testing.
Our standards are based on WHO, APHA(APA) and ANSI and other applicable FDA standards. Each product and each ingredient are validated using the following testing: Identity, Potency, Purity, Supplier Validation & Finished Goods testing.
We use validated FDA registered laboratories and send ingredients/finished goods to be verified and tested. Any material or finished product that does not meet specifications for Purity, Potency or Identity are rejected. We measure vitamins, minerals, proteins, and composition of ingredients. We test for contaminants such as heavy metals, yeasts, molds and verify there are no microbiological contaminants prior to selling to the end consumer.
Our laboratories are FDA registered and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited.
