This is my second Clean Simple Eats challenge that I have participated in and I can’t tell you guys how much it has changed my life and the lives of those around me. I have always struggled to maintain my weight. I was either eating too much and allowing my body to suffer or not eating enough because I thought that was the trick to weight loss. You guys have taught me that a weight loss challenge isn’t just about weight loss. This is about learning who you are and what you are capable of accomplishing. This is about finding delicious meals that don’t leave you feeling guilty. Ever since middle school, when they told me I was borderline obese I have searched and searched for a path that would put me on the “healthy weight” BMI and it has been the longest and most difficult journey until I met the Clean Simple Eats tribe! Thanks to you, I am happy and healthy. Thanks to you, I am confident and unafraid. Thanks to you, now my husband, friends and family are also part of this tribe and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Erika and JJ for changing our lives!
I really enjoy a group setting in working out. I attend a crossfit gym 4 days a week but I would use your workouts 3 days a week! I felt like with the heavy lifting I was doing at crossfit and the high intensity interval training I did with your program, I saw the best results!
