CONGRATS, KENDALL!
After making a commitment to my health after having my second child, I decided to focus on strength training, and being more conscious of what I eat, keeping in mind that the number on the scale doesn't define my progress. Strength training and following the CSE recipes have been transformative for me—not only has it made my body stronger, but it's also given me more energy and a boost in my mood. I’m now able to do more with my children and feel more present in my day-to-day life. I feel that I am a better mom to my girls when I strive for a healthier lifestyle myself.
What’s really exciting is that even though the scale hasn’t shifted, my body has. I feel healthier and stronger than ever, and I’m seeing real progress in how I feel and what I’m capable of. This journey is just the beginning, and I want to inspire others to look beyond the number on the scale and focus on how strong and energized they can feel too. Strength feels so good!
Each season we host a free 7-week, community-based health and fitness challenge. We work hard, get our sweat on, and work together to motivate each other to reach our goals.
