CONGRATS, JUSTYN!
Being 41, a mother to three boys, and working as a registered nurse in the hospital has kept me from getting healthy and losing unwanted weight. I have been following CSE on Instagram for years. I love seeing the excitement shared on IG regarding the healthy meals, workouts, Protein Powders, and OffBeat Butters. I have been wanting to get healthy and lose weight for quite some time now and am so happy I finally joined the challenge.
I have never been good at cooking, so I was nervous to start the challenge due to all the prepping and cooking. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the meals were to prepare. I can honestly say I loved every meal I cooked and didn’t really feel like I was on a restrictive diet. The CSE app was so easy to use and very helpful. I loved that the app provides all your cookbooks, tracks your macros, and even provides the grocery list based on the planned meals for the week. I have been telling everyone about the CSE app and just how much I have enjoyed the journey on this challenge.
My goal was to lose 10 pounds and I did it! I now have so much more energy and have stopped craving nightly desserts and fast food. I want to give CSE a heartfelt thank you for providing such delicious products, recipes, and giving me my health back through this amazing challenge.
