I've been exercising for a long time and never really knew what good nutrition was–stumbling through constant fatigue and burnout as I would start a grueling exercise plan. After having kids and working through college, I was overweight and constantly felt awful, even though I was running and lifting weights to keep up with life.
I discovered Clean Simple Eats through my wife's cousin and started using their meal plans and in 2020, I began sticking to their meal plans and nutritional guidelines. My energy skyrocketed, I lost 30 pounds, and I began to get into the best shape of my life.
I love the CSE food and program and I'm currently showing my kids how they can live their healthiest lives as they grow up. I have energy to keep up with them and meet life's demands, thanks to CSE.
Each season we host a free 7-week, community-based health and fitness challenge. We work hard, get our sweat on, and work together to motivate each other to reach our goals.
