I can’t even say how much I owe to CSE!! I have a whole new outlook on health. Thanks to following the meal plans and getting motivated by the challenges, I’ve been able to make healthy eating habits my regular everyday lifestyle–instead of the never-ending cycle of starving myself and bingeing by the end of the day because I didn’t know how to fuel my body correctly.
I wasn’t perfect… I definitely still ate the cake at birthday parties and the pizza from Costco, but that’s the beauty of macros and all that CSE has taught me. YOU CAN!! It’s definitely the easiest, fastest and most sustainable way I’ve lost weight and once I got that snowball rolling, the exercise train followed right after because I wanted to keep making healthy choices for myself!! Thanks Erika and JJ!! I’m a nurse and have four kids and thanks to the healthy habits you’ve helped me make, I feel like it’s that much easier to keep up!
