I had always been pretty active and fit and was able to consume whatever I wanted with little consequences on my physical appearance. Once I turned 30, I started to see the consequences of eating poorly. I was slowly putting on pounds, having a hard time sleeping at night and had low energy in the day.
A couple years ago, one of my coworkers told me about the CSE meal plans and how much he and his wife were enjoying them. My wife and I started testing the meals and really enjoyed the variety and flavors of the food. We started incorporating the meals and snacks into our normal eating but didn't change much else.
Last summer, my family watched one of my friends win a competitive obstacle course race, and my young boys asked me why I wasn't racing too. My answer was, "I am not in good enough shape to finish a race like that!" That is the moment when I decided I needed to change my eating and exercise habits.
Since then, I have done four CSE challenges and am loving them! I have lost 25 pounds, sleep better, and have way more energy! I am no longer going to sit on the sidelines because I am not in good enough shape. Thank you CSE for giving me a new healthy lifestyle!
