CONGRATS, DANIELLE!
After having four babies in five years and six pregnancies in six years, I really just forgot how to push and limit myself. My body really didn’t look like me anymore and I felt trapped in this body I didn’t recognize. I wanted to have energy again. I wanted to feel like ME again.
I started doing CSE and knew if I wanted to find myself, I’d have to push myself hard. It was so hard! Mentally and physically, I kept trying to give up and would come up with tons of excuses, but I tried really hard to not listen and push myself. As the days went by in the challenge, I started finding it EASIER to use CSE to meal plan and do my shopping list and easier to make dinners (and lunches leftover!) and my whole family LOVES the recipes!! Honestly we won’t go back. My family is eating nutritious, home-cooked meals 6+ times a week that they actually enjoy. It’s been a huge time-saver to meal plan, prep and cook with CSE and then I started seeing amazing changes with my body!!
I am loving my workout time! It’s giving me time to focus on myself and finally get control back over what I can do. I can push myself. I can do hard things, no matter what else is going on around me. Postpartum depression is a real struggle, but lately I haven’t noticed it. I’ve been more patient with my baby, toddlers and little boy. We go and do more things together and I have more energy and an easier time focusing on them with less brain fog. Thank you CSE for helping me get control of my life and finding myself again. I can’t wait to keep going and continue seeing progress!
