I have been following CSE and eating on plan since the Spring Challenge of 2020. Since then, it has become second nature and just a part of my lifestyle. I am no longer actively trying to lose weight and have been working towards maintenance. I love the ease of the CSE+ App and all of the recipes. Every week, I quickly plan out all my meals on the app, then use the populated grocery list when shopping. I never want to use any other recipes because then I have to go through the hassle of writing down all of the ingredients I need. It is so nice to know that I can choose ANY of the recipes and the macros will fit nicely into my day! I love that CSE is not a diet or a plan you can only do for a certain amount of time; it’s a lifestyle and something you can consistently follow for your entire life!
Each season we host a free 7-week, community-based health and fitness challenge. We work hard, get our sweat on, and work together to motivate each other to reach our goals.
