This challenge made me a believer again. I have spent so much time trying diets (keto, low carb) and could not sustain the diet for long and lack the energy to finish the day. It was also hard to maintain a good diet because of the meals. When you have a family a four, it’s hard to get everyone excited about meals. The clean simple eats meal plan helped my wife and I develop a plan for everyday. With busy schedules and running kids all over town for sports, it’s hard to squeeze a good meal between homework and bed time with out a meal plan. clean simple eats helped us developed a plan with meals everyone loves. My workouts start early in the morning due to my busy schedule during the day. I usually start with 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or bike. After I feel warm I then move to the workouts on the clean simple eats app. My wife and I will usually do the workout together.
