I’m so excited to be sending in these before and after photos! CSE and changed my life for the better.
As my husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary we were looking back at wedding photos all I wanted to do was CRY! How did I gain so much weight in just a year? I was beyond discouraged and disgusted with myself. I made it a habit of turning to food when I was stressed, excited, upset, or literally any emotion possible. I turned to food for everything.
I was so uncomfortable in my skin that I wanted to hide. I found myself running to the next isle in the grocery store just to be sure that familiar high school friend didn’t see me. I was so self conscious around all my “thin” friends and never wanted to be around them because their small figures reminded me just how “fat” I was. This is when I decided something had to change!
I tried every diet and meal replacement shakes you can think of but nothing ever satisfied me. I still felt like I was starving and would end up giving up and turning right back to my unhealthy habits. Then came CSE. I had been following them on Instagram for a while but never took the plunge. I figured the meals HAD to be gross and there was NO WAY I could stick with it. Boy was I wrong! Finally, after looking at so many success stories I decided that it couldn’t hurt to try.
CSE has been a GAME CHANGER for me! Throughout the challenge I was eating REAL balanced meals and they were all so GOOD! I had ENERGY and was finally starting to see progress. I tracked my macros and calories every single day and was 100% honest with myself. I started noticing a difference when I looked in the mirror and stepped on the scale. I was THRILLED to keep on going and more motivated than ever. I’ve learned to LOVE pushing myself in each 20-30 min workout JJ and Erika created truly found myself HAPPIER after each one. I have gained a confidence I never thought possible. I’ve learned how to eat mindfully while still enjoying life with friends and family. I’m truly grateful for everything this challenge has done for me. It is all SO doable. I’m excited to continue this journey to a healthy lifestyle. Thanks JJ and Erika!! 🎉
I did use the CSE workouts throughout this challenge. I worked out 5-6 days/week in September and 7days/week in October. I set a goal to workout everyday this month and I’m almost there. Grateful to have a workout plan that I can enjoy!
