HOW TO USE: Add 1/2 cup to a bowl with 1/4 cup water. Add more water for thinner pancakes. For extra protein, mix with milk or add an egg or egg whites to the batter. Whisk together until smooth. Heat a griddle, pan, or waffle iron to medium heat. Spray cooking spray and add batter to the griddle or pan using a 1/4 measuring cup or pour into waffle iron. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
