    Will it make me tingle like other preworkouts do?

    Beta-Alanine can cause a "tingly" feeling. Typical pre-workouts have around 1,600-3,200mg, but our Energy + Pre-Workout only has 1,300mg. With such a moderate dose in our formula, many people feel little to no tingling, but some who are more sensitive may notice a mild tingle.
