Who can request a donation?

We love supporting schools, fundraisers, fitness events, nonprofits, and individuals making a positive difference in their communities.

How do I submit a donation request?

What types of donations do you offer?

We donate Clean Simple Eats products to help empower others to fuel their bodies and feel their best. Depending on your event or initiative, the nature of your request, and product availability, this may include full-size products, single-serving sticks, or variety packs.

How far in advance should I submit my request?

Please submit your request at least 3–4 weeks before your event to give our team time to review, approve, and ship your items. We’ll typically reach out the month of your request or 1–2 weeks before your event to confirm details and coordinate shipping.

How will I know if my request is approved?

If your request is selected, a member of our CSE Gives Back team will contact you via email with next steps, including what items we’ll be donating and estimated delivery timelines.

Can I tag CSE on social media?

Yes, please! We love seeing your events and how our products bring your community together. Tag @cleansimpleeats and use #CSEGivesBack, so we can spread the love and continue to share our brand mission, Healthy that hits different.

Do you offer partnerships for recurring events?

Yes! If you host ongoing community events or fundraisers, we’d love to chat about a longer-term partnership. Please email us at community@cleansimpleeats.com.

Can I pick up my donation instead of having it shipped?

At this time, all donations are shipped directly from our fulfillment center to the address provided on your request form.

Do all donation requests get approved?

We would love to support every request that comes our way, but due to the high number of submissions, we aren’t able to approve them all. Our team reviews each request carefully on a case-by-case basis to ensure it aligns with our mission, values, and monthly donation capacity. Even if we can’t fulfill your request right now, please consider applying again for future events!
