I really like my clean simple eats books! I was in need of some simple meal ideas that I could trust for my health. I feel these recipes are different from other health centered recipes in that they are family friendly and really easy to make.
I haven’t even been following the plan the guide outlines but rather picking and choosing recipes and making them for my whole family. After a week I’m already feeling better and seeing positive changes in my body. Im amazed and encouraged to keep trying!
I’m over half-way through the book & I’ve loved nearly everything! I can only think of maybe 2 recipes that weren’t my favorite. It does have some grammar/spelling & consistency errors, but it’s pretty easy to look past it and figure out what the intent was. I’ve already recommended this to several friends & family members. Very happy with this purchase & will buy another season soon.
I’m getting emotional writing this because this is our 4th book. We started with Summer, Fall, Winter and now on the 2nd week of Spring and these books have completely changed my life and my family’s life. The recipes are SO delicious and so healthy. I’ve lost all my baby weight and feel so proud of my body and feel so healthy thanks to these books.
