These books are a new favorite in my household. I love that the recipes substitute cleaner ingredients while still tasting great. It takes a stress out of my week by planning out the meals for me. LOVE.
My 11 year old has found so many yummy recipes in these books and she's a pretty picky eater. She loves helping me meal plan with all of these healthy options. Such a great resource for teaching her about nutrition and healthy alternatives. Absolutely love these!
This book has a lot of content for the price. The pictures are beautiful. The selling point for me, was the weekly grocery lists. My only dislike is that many recipes call for the use of the company’s supplements. I will not give my children supplements and I won’t make two separate dinners, so you have to get a little creative in modifying some of the recipes if you want the same flavor outcome. Overall, I would recommend these cookbooks. As a dietitian, I feel it necessary to mention, the nutrition info in the front of the books is okay for generally healthy individuals, but anyone with a medical history should discuss any major dietary changes with their healthcare team.
This cookbook is THE BEST. Every recipe is delicious and easy to prepare. And the macros are so good. Love that I’m seeing results in my body weight and inches all while still enjoying what I eat!!! Cse cookbook has changed my life! I bought the summer one and I’m on week 2 and it’s just as good if not better!!!! SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!
Love this book! Such yummy recipies. Light and healthy. I felt good after eating them. Pretty easy to make the recipies. My kids like most of them too!
