I have never had it easier with weight. I’ve lost weight in the past by cooking satisfying meals but nothing is more exciting than these meals. I follow the meal plan that’s given and I’m excited to wake up in the morning and try the simply delicious breakfasts. Every meal tastes great you can’t even call this dieting
So far I have really enjoyed the recipes in the clean simple eats winter cookbook. It’s so nice that there is also a meal plan and meal prep instructions. I’ve searched for and cooked lots of new healthy recipes in the past but sometimes it becomes overwhelming because they are lengthy and trying something new each day becomes too much. But with clean simple eats the recipes are so simple that they are do-able! Not to mention delicious and family friendly! Looking forward to hopefully buying more cookbooks as the seasons come.
