The recipes are so good and filling! I overall just feel better. It feels like it’s the actual right way to eat! It has made such a difference in eating out and realizing what I put in my body. I’m still in the beginning but I have other friends that have had amazing results and I hope to get the same. I feel like I could sustain this way the rest of my life.
I love the recipes in these books. Very tasty. Easy to stay on track because of the many snack choices.
We live there recipes and the app to go with them. Meal planning has never been easier with balanced, healthy meals. I love leftovers for lunch and this makes my busy life as a school teacher so much easier. Even my college age son love the variety we no eat instead of the same 7 meals each week.
I have enjoyed the food we have made so far for week 1. The recipes are really good! The shopping lists are not great. It’s not really clear how much will be used. I bought more of everything than I needed. It’s also a pain to go back and forth everyday to find the recipes.
I love having a meal plan done. It takes out the hassle of deciding what to make. The prep time for these meals are minimal and everything has been delicious! It has taking out all my frustrating with cooking!
