My body’s in love

Love the cook book. I’m not much of a cook and I hate planning things for meals. The recipes in here are pretty good and super simple to make. My body feels a lot better after eating the foods in here. I love that there is a grocery list provided for the week as well.

It’s Great but…

This is a great cookbook my one complaint is that a lot of the recipes (mostly breakfast) require their protein powder. I’m assuming that any protein powder can be substituted but we don’t normally buy any brand because of how much it costs.

Soo good!!!

The recipes are so good and filling! I overall just feel better. It feels like it’s the actual right way to eat! It has made such a difference in eating out and realizing what I put in my body. I’m still in the beginning but I have other friends that have had amazing results and I hope to get the same. I feel like I could sustain this way the rest of my life.
