Q: How is clear whey different from your regular whey?

A: The biggest difference is taste and texture. Our Protein Powder has a creamy texture and milky taste, and our canned Clear Protein is light and juicy. They both contain 20g of high-quality, grass-fed whey protein.

Q: If I am lactose intolerant can I drink this?

A: Heck yes! We remove the lactose through a filtration process, so Clear Protein is ultra-filtered, naturally lactose free, and easy-to-digest.

Q: Gluten free?

A: Yes!

Q: What is the tingly feeling from? Is it carbonated?

A: Clear Protein is not carbonated, but the pressure from the can gives it a light fizz.

Q: How is the lactose removed?

A: The lactose is removed through a filtration process, making Clear Protein easy-to-digest and lactose free.

Q: If it's made from whey protein how is it clear?

A: The process begins with raw, grass-fed whey protein isolate. This is an isolated form of protein that has been filtered out from its other components, including lactose and fat, leaving behind only pure whey protein molecules, revealing refreshing, clear protein.

Q: What is the shelf life? Can I still have it later once opened?

A: Unopened Clear Protein cans should have a shelf life of two years if properly stored. Once opened, Clear Protein will store for 2-3 days if refrigerated.

Q: Can this be used as a meal replacement?

Q: Does it taste like mushrooms?

A: Not at all! We use a part of the Sweet Osmanthus Ear mushroom as a natural preservative, so our product doesn't have any artificial or harmful preservatives.

Q: Can I drink this in addition to your other protein during the day?

A: Absolutely! We're here to help you crush your personal protein goals.

Q: Does it need to be refrigerated?

A: Clear Protein is shelf-stable, but defintely best served chilled. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating.

Q: What is Reb M (OnoSweet™)?

A: Reb M (OnoSweet™) is a delicious, no-calorie sweetener with a zero glycemic response. It is derived from sugar cane through a fermentation process. It provides natural sweetness without the added sugar.

Q: What type of mushroom is the mushroom extract derived from? Why is it used?

A: We use the the Sweet Osmanthus Ear mushroom, and it's used as a natural preservative. Our Clear Protein contains no harmful or artifical preservatives, instead our mushroom offers better protection against microbes, naturally.

Q: Why is there so much less sodium in these compared to your regular protein?

A: Sea salt is used for flavor and will vary from product to product.

Q: Will the formula change if this sits in hot weather/freezes?

A: Nope! Clear Protein is packaged in a temperature regulated, and infinitely recyclable, aluminum can.
