Lemon Meringue Shake

Makes 1 serving
280 calories / 8F / 30C / 24P

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
60g frozen banana slices
3/4 serving CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1/2 Tbs. CSE Lemon Coconut Bliss Butter
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbs. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
8 ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
½ sheet graham cracker

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup. Top with whipped cream and graham cracker/cookie crumbs. Enjoy!
