After you've purchased your meal plan for this season or subscribed to the CSE+ app, there are a few things you can do RIGHT NOW to make the most of your experience!
Step 1 - Join the Clean Simple Eats Facebook Group
We have an amazing community with thousands of members who are so helpful! If you have questions on substitutions or swaps, this is a great place to ask questions. People in this group are also helpful in finding grocery store deals ;) After you request to join, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to approve your request, as this is a private Facebook group.
Step 2 - Submit "Before" Pictures
You will take start of challenge, or "before," pictures at the beginning of the challenge, and end of challenge, or "after," pictures at the end of the challenge inside of the app! We ask you to submit these pictures at the beginning of the challenge mostly for your accountability. We will never share these pictures without your permission!
Step 3 - Subscribe to the CSE+ app to Track Macros (optional)
One of the huge benefits of this plan is being able to track your macros. Watch the tutorials inside the app to learn how! You can also read more about macros HERE.
Step 4 - Shop, Prep, and Cook the CSE Challenge Meals
Each week during the 7-week challenge, you'll be cooking the same thing as thousands of others (but you can always swap recipes if you want, too!). If you have questions about ingredients, instructions, or substituting meals, ask in the Facebook group or !
Step 5 - Follow Our Instagram Profiles and Hashtag

Step 7 - Get Your Workouts In
Do the workouts in the back of your meal plan each day of the week for 7 weeks! Workouts with videos are also available with the app subscription.
