Protein Chocolate Mousse

MONSTER COOKIE BITES

1 cupĀ CSE Sweet Classic Peanut ButterĀ or natural peanut butter
2 servingsĀ CSE Simply Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut Butter, or Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
Ā½ cup raw honey
Ā¼ tsp. sea salt
Ā½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal
2 Tbs. miniĀ M&Mās
1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Place in a containerĀ and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
