How to Create the Ultimate Protein Power Bite Recipe

I think the biggest secret to creating the perfect power bite is what ingredients you use. If you’re using different ingredients than the ones listed below, they might turn out a different consistency. Read below to get the exact ingredients I use, and check out more tips for creating the perfect protein power bite.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BITES

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract together in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, add the protein powder, CSE Pancake + Waffle Mix, sea salt and chocolate chips. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.

3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

  • If you’re using Oats, we love Bob’s Red Mill Organic Oats.

  • I absolutely love using my Kitchen Aid stand mixer with the paddle to mix these. Before I had my Kitchen Aid stand mixer, I would mix the ingredients by hand.

  • I typically always mix my honey, protein powder, and peanut butter first, before mixing in other ingredients.

  • Bites can stay up to 2 weeks in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer!
