Ingredients:
1 can CSE Frosted Lemonade Clear Protein Soda
120 g strawberries, diced
3 Tbs water
1/2 Tbs lemon juice
½ tsp honey, raw
Optional:
2 oz orange juice, light
1. Add strawberries, water, lemon juice, and honey to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring and mashing strawberries occasionally. Continue to simmer until strawberries have reduced into a syrup consistency. This could take 10-15 minutes.
2. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a glass or bowl. Once the strawberry syrup is ready, pour it into the strainer and using a spatula work the strawberries around to extract all the juice possible. Allow syrup to cool before using.
2. Pour one can of Frosted Lemonade Clear Protein Soda over a tall cup filled with ice. Add orange juice if using and all of the strawberry syrup. Stir to combine and enjoy!
