Coconut Caramel
Crunch Mix

Make this red, white, and protein-packed snack for the Fourth! The whole fam will love this healthier Coconut Caramel Crunch Mix 🎇 Snag the recipe: 

Makes 16 servings
380 calories / 24F / 38C / 6P / 3 fiber / per serving

4 cups Chex® Rice Cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
2 cups sea salt air-popped popcorn
2 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
½ cup grass-fed butter
½ cup CSE Aloha Butter
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 cup caramel M&M’s® brand chocolate candies
2 servings CSE Coconut Cream Protein Powder

1. Add the cereal, pretzels, popcorn and coconut flakes to an extra large bowl. Set aside. 

2. Heat the butter over low-medium heat until melted. Add the nut butter and chocolate chips. Turn to low heat and stir until completely melted and smooth. 

3. Pour over the dry mix and stir or shake until well combined. Add the M&M’s® and protein powder. Stir or shake until well combined. Store in the fridge until ready to eat (I prefer mine cold). Divide into 16 servings and enjoy!
