Banana Bread Mug Muffin

Single serve, 5-minute Banana Bread Protein Mug Muffins! Need we say more?

Makes 1 serving

80 g bananas, very ripe
18 g CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbs. whole wheat flour
1 tsp coconut oil
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
ΒΌ tsp baking powder
8 g mini chocolate chips
Pinch salt


1. Mash the banana in a small bowl or mug. Β Mix in coconut oil and vanilla extract. Β Add protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Β Mix with fork until thoroughly combined. Top with mini chocolate chips.

2. Microwave for 90 seconds and allow to cool slightly. Β Enjoy while warm.Β
