Banana Bread Mug Muffin

Single serve, 5-minute Banana Bread Protein Mug Muffins! Need we say more?

80 g bananas, very ripe
18 g CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbs. whole wheat flour
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
8 g mini chocolate chips
Pinch salt


1. Mash the banana in a small bowl or mug.  Mix in coconut oil and vanilla extract.  Add protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt.  Mix with fork until thoroughly combined. Top with mini chocolate chips.

2. Microwave for 90 seconds and allow to cool slightly.  Enjoy while warm.
