80 g bananas, very ripe 18 g CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder 1 Tbs. whole wheat flour 1 tsp coconut oil ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp baking powder 8 g mini chocolate chips Pinch salt
1. Mash the banana in a small bowl or mug. Â Mix in coconut oil and vanilla extract. Â Add protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Â Mix with fork until thoroughly combined. Top with mini chocolate chips.
2. Microwave for 90 seconds and allow to cool slightly. Â Enjoy while warm.Â
