“CSE Challenge”:
Four times a year we at Clean Simple Eats, LLC (hereinafter the “Company”/ “we” / “us”) run our “CSE Challenge,” which takes place via the App. This Challenge is a product, and part of its purpose (in addition to supporting the health and transformation of the participants, i.e. “you”) is to function as an advertisement for our business.
Entry procedures/Eligibility requirements/Method of entry:
Participants are required to pay for the Challenge during the signup window to gain access. Customers must purchase the Challenge through the app at $19.99 plus any applicable taxes. Payments will be processed through the app purchase channels for iOS and Android devices. Once purchased, those without a current CSE+ app membership will receive one free month of access, which will not auto renew or subscribe the user to the CSE+ app. After the Challenge has concluded, users who did not participate in the Challenge have the option to purchase the exclusive Challenge workouts and recipes at a cost of $29.99 plus any applicable taxes. Once a user participates in or purchases exclusive Challenge content, they will retain access to that content within the app. The Challenge is open to all people, age 18 and older based on the Challenge Start date. We run Challenges 4 times per year. Please pay attention to our Challenge Start and Entry Deadline dates posted to the website and CSE+ app.
User Generated Content License:
You agree that any content you submit to us as part of the CSE Challenge, i.e. “User-Generated Content,” whether that includes photos, summaries, or descriptions of your transformation, and your name or other identifying information, will not be subject to any expectation of privacy, trust, or confidence between us and that no confidential, fiduciary, or other relationship is intended or created between you and us.
By submitting such content to participate in the challenge, you are granting us a License in said content, and we and any others we designate from time to time shall have unrestricted rights to use the Content.
Payments:
Payments for Challenge participation will be processed through standard app purchase channels. Payment includes access to Challenge-exclusive content such as workouts and recipes, and one free month of the CSE+ app for non-members.
Void Where Prohibited:
This Challenge is void where prohibited by law.
