CSE Challenge Rules

“CSE Challenge” Contest Rules:
Four times a year we at Clean Simple Eats, LLC (hereinafter the “Company”/ “we” / “us”) run our “CSE Challenge”, which takes place via the App. This contest is a promotion, and part of its purpose (in addition to supporting the health and transformation of the contestants, i.e. “you”) is to function as an advertisement for our business.

Entry procedures/Eligibility requirements/Method of entry:
Contestants must submit their entry form within the CSE+ app. Before and After pictures must be submitted within the app by the posted deadlines. You do need to have access to our recipes to follow the Clean Simple Eats way of eating / meal planning, which can be accessed via the App (this includes the FREE trial period for the App, or the paid version of the App).

Contest is open to all people, age 18 and older at the time of the Contest. We run this contest 4 times per year! Please pay attention to our next Challenge Start and Entry Deadline dates.

User Generated Content License:
You agree that any content you submit to us as part of the CSE Challenge, i.e. “User-Generated Content,” whether that includes photos, summaries or descriptions of your transformation, and your name or other identifying information, will not be subject to any expectation of privacy, trust, or confidence between us and that no confidential, fiduciary or other relationship is intended or created between you and us.

By submitting such content to participate in the challenge, you are granting us a License in said content, and we and any others we designate from time to time shall have unrestricted rights to use the Content for purposes of reviewing your submission and selecting our challenge winners. You also grant us permission, if you win, to display, reproduce, and publish the name that you submit, along with any other name by which you are known, and your photos submitted as a winner of the contest, unless prohibited by law.

No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry:
There is no purchase necessary to participate in this Challenge. You may submit your entry by completing the entry form and submitting Start and End of Challenge photos inside the app. All entries must be received by the Challenge Entry Deadline.

Judging Criteria:
Winners will be chosen by the Clean Simple Eats team based on the overall transformation achieved by the contestant. Winners are chosen based on the effort put into their overall health transformation and are not chosen by chance. Clean Simple Eats, through its representatives or appointed judges, reserves the right to select as many winners as we deem appropriate.

Announcement of Winners:
The winners will be announced the week after the close of each Challenge on company social media platforms, then notified via email.

Additional Requirements if you Win:
Winners will be required to sign liability and publicity releases. The publicity release allows us to use, display, and publish your name and photo as a chosen winner, and use this information in promotional materials related to the Contest.

Winners will also be required to sign an Affidavits of Eligibility which states that you are eligible to win the prize that is offered. For any prizes valued at over $600, we are also required by law to collect your social security number and report the value of the prize won to the IRS.

Grand Prize Details:
Grand Prizes of $1500 cash and one year CSE protein powder (valued at $720) will be awarded to four winners.

Void Where Prohibited:
This contest is void where prohibited by law.
