I bought this for my son and have no idea if he has tried any of the recipes yet.
Hello, This is my 5th CSE book. I do love your recipes! Unfortunately, I’ve actually gained unwanted weight on this diet. I thought going to a plant based book would help. I’m disappointed that soy/tofu is the replacement protein go-to. I have an autoimmune disorder, so these options aren’t good for me. I do love the recipes, and my kids will eat many of them. I’m just trying to figure out if CSE will work for me and my specific issues.

Easy to use but if you need extra protein it gives you that option. Sometimes being exclusively vegan doesn't work for my husband's labor intensive job. I love the easy grocery list preparation. Definitely recommend
