I use it daily and so far it’s a good reminder instead of a phone to write things down.
Good way to keep track and accountable. I like the paper version more than the online version.
I really like how it gives you everything you need to help you stay on track. It helps you measure your progress from day to day. In return keeps you motivated to keep going In the right direction as your see your numbers of progress change in a good way!

Still trying to figure out how to access the digital journal, so I have no idea how user-friendly the digital version is. But the hard copy is a great format, high quality, easy to use.
