Monster Cookie Protein CREAMi

Makes 2 servings
325 calories / 11F / 24C / 32P / per serving 

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk 

Toppings:
10g M&M’s
3 Partake Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with five grams M&M’s, one and one half chocolate chip cookies, and a half tablespoon of peanut butter. Enjoy! 

Butterfinger Protein CREAMi

Makes 2 servings
300 calories / 9F / 24C / 34P / per serving 

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbs. CSE Powdered Peanut Butter
10g dark chocolate chips
2 Tbs. 2% milk 

Toppings:
4 Tbs. crispy rice cereal
1 Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter

1. Add the milk and the protein powder and powdered peanut butter to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add chocolate chips and two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two tablespoons crispy rice cereal and one half tablespoon of peanut butter. Enjoy! 

Banana Split Protein CREAMi

Makes 2 servings

12 oz. 2% milk
1 ½ servings CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk 

Toppings:
50g banana, sliced
1 Tbs. caramel sauce
1 Tbs. chocolate sauce
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with 25g sliced bananas, one half tablespoon caramel and chocolate sauce, and two tablespoons whipped cream. Enjoy! 

Piña Colada Protein CREAMi

Makes 2 servings
220 calories / 2F / 25C / 25P / per serving 

4 oz. pineapple juice
8 oz. 2% milk 
2 servings CSE Coconut Cream Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk

Toppings:
100g fresh pineapple, chopped 

1. Add the milk, pineapple juice, and protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings, top with fresh pineapple and enjoy! 

S’mores PB Cup Protein CREAMi

Makes 2 servings
285 calories / 8F / 26C / 28P / per serving

12 oz. 2% milk 
1 ½ servings CSE S’mores Protein Powder
1 Tbs. CSE Powdered Peanut Butter
2 Tbs. 2% milk

Toppings:
2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Thins 
6 mini marshmallows
1 Schär Gluten Free Honey Grahams, crushed 

1. Add the milk, powdered peanut butter, and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Turn the oven broiler on high. Place mini marshmallows on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 1-2 minutes; watch carefully.

4. Split into two servings. Top each serving with three toasted mini marshmallows, one peanut butter cup, and one half crushed grahams. Enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein CREAMi

12 oz. 2% milk  
2 servings CSE Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 Tbs. 2% milk 

Toppings:
30g semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ tsp. coconut oil

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 20-second increments until melted. Stir until smooth.

4. Split into two servings and top with chopped strawberries and melted chocolate. Enjoy! 

Rocky Road Protein CREAMi

Makes 2 servings

12 oz. 2% milk 
2 servings CSE Brownie Batter Protein Powder
1 Tbs. cocoa powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk 

Toppings:
2 Tbs. almonds, chopped
8 mini marshmallows
2 tsp. chocolate syrup

1. Add the milk, protein powder, and cocoa powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with four mini marshmallows, one tablespoon chopped almonds, and one teaspoon chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
