Spicy Honey Pepperoni Pizza
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
Pizza Toppings:
- ½ cup traditional pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella & provolone 2 cheese blend
- 34 slices (60g) Turkey Pepperoni
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Sauce:
Directions:
- Heat the Traeger to 350 degrees. Make the Honey Wheat Pizza Dough.
- While the dough is rising, make the Spicy Honey Sauce; set aside.
- Weigh out 8 oz. of the Honey Wheat Pizza Dough. Place on a floured surface and roll out into a circle until about 8 inches across. Fold in the edges to create a crust. Place the dough directly onto the Traeger, spread the sauce over the dough and top with mozzarella & provolone cheese, pepperoni and Parmesan. Let cook for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, rotating the pizza as needed.
- Remove the pizza from the grill. Drizzle with the Spicy Honey, slice and enjoy!
Philly Cheesesteak Pizza
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
Pizza Toppings:
- 4 oz. Ribeye steak
- ½ cup yellow onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup green bell peppers, thinly sliced
- ½ cup white mushrooms, thinly sliced
Cheese Sauce:
- 1 Tbs. grass-fed butter
- ½ Tbs. all-purpose unbleached wheat flour
- ¼ cup fat-free milk
- ¼ cup grated provolone cheese
- 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- Dash of black pepper
Directions:
- Heat the Traeger to 350 degrees. Make the Honey Wheat Pizza Dough.
- While the dough is rising, cook the steak on the Traeger. 7 minutes per side or until you reach your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and slice thin. Turn the heat on the Traeger up to 400 degrees.
- Add the yellow onions, green bell peppers and white mushrooms to a greased frying pan or skillet. Sauté until tender; set aside.
- Add the butter to a medium sized pot over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and then slowly add the milk. Bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Stir in the provolone and Parmesan cheeses until melted down into a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Weigh out 8 oz. of the Honey Wheat Pizza Dough. Place on a floured surface and roll out into a circle until about 8 inches across. Fold in the edges to create a crust. Place the dough directly onto the Traeger, spread the cheese sauce over the dough and top with the steak, onions, green bell peppers and mushrooms. Let cook for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the grill. Slice and enjoy!
Chicken Jalapeño Pizza
Makes 2 servings

Pizza Toppings:
- 4 oz. cooked, shredded chicken breast (5.2 oz uncooked)
- ½ cup traditional pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded Pizza Blend (cheddar, colby jack & mozzarella) cheese
- 1 jalapeño, sliced into thin rings
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Sauce:
Directions:
- Heat the Traeger to 350 degrees. Make the Honey Wheat Pizza Dough.
- While the dough is rising, cook the chicken on the Traeger about 5-6 minutes per side. Shred the chicken and set aside.
- Make the Spicy Honey Sauce; set aside.
- Weigh out 8 oz. of the Honey Wheat Pizza Dough. Place on a floured surface and roll out into a circle until about 8 inches across. Fold in the edges to create a crust. Place the dough directly onto the Traeger, spread the pizza sauce over the dough and top with shredded cheese, shredded chicken, sliced jalapeños and Parmesan. Let cook for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, rotating the pizza as needed.
- Remove the pizza from the grill. Drizzle with the Spicy Honey Sauce, slice and enjoy!
S’mores Cookie Pie
Makes 12 servings

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbs. raw honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose unbleached wheat flour
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt

1 package (16) Cinnamon Churro SmashMallows

1 package (10) Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
- 3 Tbs water
Directions:
- Heat the Traeger to 350 degrees.
- Add the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, raw honey, vanilla and water to a bowl. Beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and sea salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit of water.
- Spray a pie pan or cast iron skillet with cooking spray and press the mixture into the center of the pie pan and up the sides, creating a cookie crust. Place in the Traeger and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Cut the peanut butter cups in half and press them into the cookie crust while still on the grill. Top with Smashmallows and let bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
Honey Wheat Pizza Crust Dough
Makes 6 pizzas / 8 oz. dough per pizza

Ingredients:
- 715g all purpose unbleached white wheat flour
- 1 ½ Tbs. active dry yeast
- 1 ½ tsp. sea salt
- 2 cups warm water (100-110 degrees)
- 1 ½ Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup raw honey
Directions:
- Add the flour, yeast, and sea salt to a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Add in the water, olive oil, and honey. Mix until well combined. The dough should be sticky.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes using a bread mixer, a KitchenAid stand mixer or your hands.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30-60 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Weigh out 8 oz. of dough for each pizza; should make 6, personal-sized pizzas. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out into a circle until about 8 inches across. Fold in the edges to create a crust. Place the dough directly onto the grill or on a baking sheet in and top with your favorite pizza toppings. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden around the edges. Enjoy!
Spicy Honey Sauce
