Sharing our tried and true, SIMPLE oatmeal recipe that we take with us pretty much every time we travel. We’ve been taking these with us for years. Is it hard for you to stay on track while traveling? Do you have any tips to share?
CSE OATMEAL BAGS (for travel)

- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 serving CSE Protein Powder (any flavor)
- 2 Tbs. OffBeat Powdered Peanut Butter
- 15g chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond milk or water
- 30g banana slices
I prepare all the dry ingredients in advance into individual bags and pack them in my suitcase. Once I arrive at my destination, I’ll stop and grab some bananas and almond milk (if I have a fridge in my hotel room). In the morning, I add the contents from one oatmeal bag into a bowl or cup and mix with a 1/2 cup of cold water or almond milk until well combined. Top with banana slices. Enjoy cold! *macros include the almond milk and bananas.
