Seasonal Protein CREAMi® Roundup

It's a Seasonal Protein CREAMi® Roundup, and we're sharing our fave recipes featuring our limited edition Protein Powders! These recipes are the creamiest and dreamiest of the season 😍 and we'll be making them on repeat! Savor the flavors: 

*To make these protein-packed recipes, you will need a Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker.*

Pumpkin Pie Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings
315 calories / 9F / 26C / 31P / per serving

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder (Seasonal Flavor) 
2 Tbs. 2% milk
Toppings:
4 Schar gluten-free honeygrams
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream
2 tsp. caramel sauce

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two honeygrams, two tablespoons whipped cream, and one teaspoon of caramel sauce. Enjoy!

Eggnog Biscoff Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings

2 Tbs. 2% milk
4 Biscoff cookies

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Using a milk frother, froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove.

3. Add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi®Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

4. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two cookies. Enjoy!

Eggnog Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients
12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Eggnog Protein Powder (Seasonal Flavor)
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. molasses
¼ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. ginger
2 Tbs. 2% milk

Toppings
6 small ginger snap cookies
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream

Instructions
1. Add the milk, protein powder, vanilla, molasses, cinnamon, and ginger to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with three cookies and two tablespoons of whipped cream. Enjoy!

Caramel Apple Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings

100g green apple, diced
3 Tbs. caramel sauce


1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.” 

3. Split into two servings and top each serving with 50g of apples and one and a half tablespoons of caramel sauce. Enjoy! 


Salted Toffee Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings

2 Tbs. 2% milk
Toppings:
3 Tbs. toffee bits
2 tsp. chocolate sauce
Pinch of flaky sea salt

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.” 

3. Split into two servings and top each serving with one and a half tablespoons of toffee bits, one teaspoon of chocolate sauce, and a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy! 

Pumpkin Spiced Caramel Pecan Protein CREAMi®

Makes 1 serving

6 oz. 2% milk
1 serving CSE Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder (Seasonal Flavor) 
2 Tbs. 2% milk 
Toppings:
1 Tbs. Cashew Coconut Caramel Sauce (recipe below)
1 Tbs. chopped pecans

1. Add the milk and protein to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Using a milk frother, whisk until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. Make the Cashew Coconut Caramel Sauce  and store in the fridge until ready to use.

2. Add the jar to Ninja® CREAMi®Maker and spin using the “Lite Ice Cream” button. Remove and add 2 Tbs. of milk.

3. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi®i Maker and spin once or twice, depending your desired consistency, using the “Re-Spin” button. Warm the caramel sauce and drizzle over the top, then sprinkle the pecans over the caramel. Enjoy!

Cashew Coconut Caramel Sauce
3/4 cup salted cashews
3/4 cup raw honey
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
3 Tbs. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Soak the cashews for 30 minutes in water.

2. Drain and add to a high-powered blender with the honey, coconut, water and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour into a container and store in the fridge. Warm before using. Great on fruit, pancakes/waffles/crepes, ice cream or other desserts.


Snickerdoodle Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings
