1 serving CSE Cookies ‘n Cream Protein Powder
70g Cookies and Cream or Vanilla high-protein ice cream
1 Tbs. half & half
6-8 (120g) ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Oreo Cookie Thins
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream

1. Add the almond milk, protein powder, ice cream, half & half and ice to a high-powered blender. Blend until thick and smooth. 

2. Pour into a cup, crumble the cookies on top and finish with whipped cream. Enjoy! 

Key Lime Pie Milkshake

Makes 1 serving

1 serving CSE Key Lime Pie Protein Powder
80g Key Lime Pie high-protein ice cream
10g CSE Lemon Coconut Bliss Butter or coconut butter
6-8 (120g) ice cubes

½ sheet graham crackers, crumbled

1. Add the almond milk, protein powder, cottage cheese, cream cheese, strawberries, bananas and ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a cup.  

2. Top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles.
