Power Bite Roundup

We love a high-protein snack, especially when it tastes like a treat! These protein bites are easy to make, dessert-inspired, and always stocked in our fridge 😋 Enjoy! 

Cosmic Brownie Bites

Makes 23 servings
115 calories / 6F / 12C / 4P / per bite

1 cup oat flour
2 servings CSE Brownie Batter Protein Powder
1 ½ Tbs. cocoa powder
½ cup raw honey 
¾ cup CSE Chocolate PB Cup Butter or natural almond butter 
Toppings:
100g dark chocolate chips
35g Unreal Milk Chocolate Gems

1. In a large mixing bowl, add oat flour, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Mix dry ingredients until combined. Add honey and nut butter, stirring until well combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Place balls on a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. 

3. Lightly crush chocolate gems into small pieces. Set aside.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted and smooth.

5. Dip the tops of each brownie bite evenly in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle tops with the crushed chocolate gems. Store in a container in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!

 

Cookie Dirt Balls

Makes 24 servings

1 cup CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter or other natural peanut butter
½ cup raw honey
1 serving CSE Cookies ‘N Cream Protein Powder
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Dash sea salt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
8 Oreo® brand cookie thins

1. Add all of the ingredients, except for the cookies, to a bowl and mix until well combined.

2. Place the Oreo® cookies in a blender and blend into crumbs. Place in a bowl. Set aside.

3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls. Roll each ball in the cookie crumbs, pressing it onto the outside. Place in a container and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy! 

 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Makes 26 servings

1⁄2 cup raw honey 
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 serving CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1⁄2 cups oat flour
Dash of sea salt
30 dark chocolate chips

1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

 

Monster Cookie Bites

Makes 28 servings

1 cup CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter or natural peanut butter
2 servings CSE Simply Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut Butter, or Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
½ cup raw honey
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal
2 Tbs. mini M&M’s® brand chocolate candies

1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Place in a container and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

 

Cake Batter Bites

Makes 28 servings

1 1/2 cup oat flour
2 servings CSE Cake Batter Protein Powder
½ cup raw honey 
1 cup CSE Salted Caramel Butter or natural peanut butter
Dash sea salt
⅓ cup rainbow sprinkles 

1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls and store in the fridge or freezer Enjoy!

 

Snickers Power Bites

Makes 28 servings
Macros with Cocoa Dusting: 100 calories / 5F / 10.5C / 4P / per bite
Macros with Chocolate Coating: 110 calories / 5.5F / 11C / 4P / per bite

1 cup CSE Salted CaramelSweet Classic Peanut Butter, or natural peanut butter
½ cup raw honey
1 serving CSE Caramel Toffee or Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Dash sea salt
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
Cocoa Dusting:
1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate Coating:
120g dark chocolate chips


(Easily prepared in a Kitchen Aid Mixer)

1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls.

3A. If using the Cocoa Dusting method: Add the cocoa powder to a bowl and roll each ball into it. Place in a container and store in the fridge or freezer.

3B. If using the Chocolate Coating method: Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge or freezer to allow the chocolate coating to set. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

 

Salted Caramel Bites

Makes 26 servings

1 cup CSE Salted Caramel Butter or natural almond butter 
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats 
1 serving CSE Caramel Toffee or Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 dash sea salt
½ cup raw honey 
¼ cup raw sugar or turbinado sugar 

1. Add all of the ingredients, except the sugar, into a bowl. Mix until well combined.

2. Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Place the sugar into a bowl and roll each ball in the sugar. Place all the balls into a container. Cover and store in the fridge or freezer.
