Our Fave Fruity Shakes

 

Can't make it to the beach? No problem! 🏖️ These tropical flaves, featuring our favorite fruity protein powders, will transport you straight to the islands! Find us OOO. 😜

Key Lime Pie Milkshake 

Makes 1 serving 

350 calories / 11F / 30C / 28.5P 

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup. Enjoy! 

 

Peaches & Cream Shake 

Makes 1 serving 
350 calories / 11F / 30C / 28.5P 
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1⁄3 cup half & half
  • 1 serving CSE Peaches & Cream Protein Powder (Seasonal Flavor) 
  • 200g fresh or frozen peaches
  • 2 Tbs. low-fat cottage cheese
  • Splash vanilla extract
  • 6-8 (120g) ice cubes
Topping:
  • 4 Tbs. (10g) spray whipped cream
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.


2. Pour into a cup. Enjoy! 


Piña Colada Smoothie

Makes 1 serving
