Key Lime Pie MilkshakeĀ
Makes 1 servingĀ350 calories / 11F / 30C / 28.5PĀ
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkĀ
- 1 serving CSE Key Lime Pie Protein PowderĀ
- 80g Key Lime Pie high-protein ice creamĀ
- 10g OffBeat Lemon Coconut Bliss Butter or natural almond butterĀ
- 6-8 (120g) ice cubes
2. Pour into a cup. Enjoy!Ā

Peaches & Cream ShakeĀ

- Ā½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1ā3 cup half & half
- 1 serving CSE Peaches & Cream Protein Powder
- 200g fresh or frozen peaches
- 2 Tbs. low-fat cottage cheese
- Splash vanilla extract
- 6-8 (120g) ice cubes
- 4 Tbs. (10g) spray whipped cream
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
