Fall Protein CREAMi® Roundup

It’s officially fall and we’re celebrating with this seasonal Protein CREAMi® roundup! Pumpkin Pie, Caramel Toffee and Snickerdoodle for the perfect fall-inspired treat! 

*To make these protein-packed recipes, you will need a Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker.*

Pumpkin Pie Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings
315 calories / 9F / 26C / 31P / per serving

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk
Toppings:
4 Schar gluten-free honeygrams
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream
2 tsp. caramel sauce

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two honeygrams, two tablespoons whipped cream, and one teaspoon of caramel sauce. Enjoy!


Salted Toffee Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Caramel Toffee Protein Powder 
2 Tbs. 2% milk
Toppings:
3 Tbs. toffee bits
2 tsp. chocolate sauce
Pinch of flaky sea salt

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.” 

3. Split into two servings and top each serving with one and a half tablespoons of toffee bits, one teaspoon of chocolate sauce, and a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!



Snickerdoodle Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings
320 calories / 10F / 29C / 26P / per serving

12 oz. 2% milk
1 1/2 servings CSE Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk
Toppings:
6 Siete Mexican Shortbread Cookies
2 Tbs. Dulce De Leche Caramel Sauce

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with three cookies and one tablespoon of caramel sauce. Enjoy!
