Cookies 'N Cream Milkshake
Makes 1 serving

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving CSE Cookies ‘N Cream Protein Powder
- 70g high protein cookies & cream or vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbs. half & half
- 6-8 (120g) ice cubes
- 2 Newman-O’s Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies
- 2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
2. Pour into a cup, crumble the cookies on top and finish with whipped cream. Enjoy!

German Chocolate Rim Milkshake
Makes 1 serving1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1. Melt chocolate chips and dip the rim of a cup into it. Top with shredded coconut and place in the freezer.
2. Add all of the other ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth. Remove the cup from the freezer and pour the shake into the cup. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
* You can also add the chocolate chips and coconut to the shake before blending.
Cinnamon Bun Shake
Makes 1 serving- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ¾ serving (25g) CSE Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder
- 50g frozen banana slices
- 2 Tbs. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 Tbs. OffBeat Cinnamon Bun Butter or natural almond butter
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 6-8 (120g) ice cubes
Topping:
- 4 Tbs. (10g) spray whipped cream
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a cup. Enjoy!

Blue Cotton Candy Freeze
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup half and half
- 1 serving CSE Cotton Candy Protein Powder
- ¾ cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 8-10 (140g) ice cubes
Toppings:
- 2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
- ½ sprinkles (optional)
