Build the Perfect Protein Shake


When it comes to protein shakes, we know a thing or two. 😆 In fact, building the perfect shake is as easy as 1-2-3! Follow our tips and 😍😋🤤


Step 1: Start with the Base

-  Add 8 oz. of any milk
-  Add 1 serving of CSE Protein Powder, any flavor 

- Add 120g-160g of ice

Step 2: Add Creaminess 

-  Add 1 Tbs. CSE Flavored Nut Butter, any flavor 
-  Add 50g-100g frozen fruit

- Blend until smooth

Step 3: Jazz it up! 

- Drizzle with CSE Flavored Nut Butter, any flavor
- Sprinkle with CSE Powdered PB
- Add a dollop of whipped cream
