Today is National Smoothie (or shake 😉) Day AND the official first day of SUMMER! ☀️ Woot woot! It's getting H-O-T over here, so we rounded up some of our favorite shake recipes to help you beat the heat - while staying on track with your goals! Bananas Foster Milkshake

Makes 1 serving
350 calories / 12F / 34C / 28P Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup. Top with whipped cream and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
 

Chunky Coco-Monkey Shake

Makes 1 serving

        • 30g frozen banana slices
        • 2 Tbs. old-fashioned rolled oats

        • Âź tsp. vanilla extract
        • Dash of sea salt
        • 30 (15g) extra dark chocolate chips
        • 6-8 (120g) ice cubes

            • 6-8 ice cubes
            • 2 Tbs. spray whipped cream

            1. Add the milk, Crio Bru grounds, Almond Mocha Butter or almond butter, protein powder, Halo Top ice cream, and ice to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. 
            2. Pour into a cup and top with spray whipped cream. Enjoy!
