Peanut Butter Caramel Milkshake

When in doubt, add peanut butter.😜 This Peanut Butter Caramel Milkshake is sweet, caramel-y, and packed with 20g of protein to keep you fueled and feeling good.

½ cup fat-free milk
½ cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean or Salted Caramel Ice Cream
1 tsp. Walden Farms Caramel Syrup
2 Tbs. CSE Simply Vanilla or Caramel Toffee Protein Powder
½ Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter or natural peanut butter
6-8 (120g) ice cubes

Topping:
2Tbs. spray whipped cream

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
