    According to medical experts, including the FDA, the healthy recommendation limit is 400mg of caffeine per day. Energy + Focus contains 100mg of caffeine in each can, so feel free to enjoy more than one!

    Unopened Energy + Focus cans should have a shelf life of two years if properly stored in a cool dry environment. Once opened, Energy + Focus will store for 2-3 days if refrigerated.

    What is the tingly feeling from? Is it carbonated?

    Yes! Energy + Focus is carbonated, creating natural bubbles.

    What is Reb M (OnoSweetâ„¢)?

    Reb M (OnoSweetâ„¢) is a delicious, no-calorie sweetener with a zero glycemic index. It is commonly derived from the Stevia plant or from Sugar Cane. It provides natural sweetness without the added sugar.

    Does it need to be refrigerated? Will it be okay if left on my porch/mailbox for a few days from shipping?

    Energy + Focus is best served chilled. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating. This does not ship cold and will remain shelf stable in heat up to 118 degrees.
