It doesn’t get any easier!! They have done all of the work for you. I love that it is so easy to follow and there are picture of every recipe. You won’t be disappointed. I wish I would have found this sooner.
I really love these meals and actually teased my wife when she bought all the other cook books. After joining the CSE challenge I started to try the meals, and wow I was really missing out on some amazing meals! They are well balanced and fill me up. I have already lost 15lbs and am loving the food I am eating. I never thought that food could taste this good and do so much for my body. It really has changed me and I was a tough sell to change. Love all your recipes! Except the caramel that did not turn out.
The cherry chocolate smoothie changed my life. Literally. It was the first recipe I tried from the free week, and thus began my journey to CSE-fandom. It’s my most frequently made recipe. Can’t wait for spring again! PS thanks for changing the format back!
