SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship our products within the USA.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing strike in Canada, we have temporarily paused shipments to that region.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are processed for shipment within 7 business days, with rare exceptions for holidays and large scale promotions.

Shipping time is controlled by each individual carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.), and shipping method is selected at check out. Shipping time may vary depending on location, weather, health and safety regulations, and other factors.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders $99+. The subtotal at checkout should reflect $99+ after discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping.

Your total, including taxes and shipping, will be displayed at checkout.Expedited shipping options are available. Rates and current delivery estimates are displayed at the time of checkout.

RETURN POLICY

What is your refund policy?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.

Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us.Unopened product(s) being returned must be mailed or shipped within 7-days of the date the return was authorized by our Customer Experience Department.

Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way.
  • You have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed.If we have not received your return within 30-days of the return being initiated.
  • To initiate a return please contact Customer Experience at hello@cleansimpleeats.com.

Please note as a growing company, we do not provide return labels or cover the cost of shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?

If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, we offer a replacement or 100% refund. Please contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com with the subject "Damaged Item(s)" and include your order number, name, and image of the damaged item(s) in your email.

ORDER QUESTIONS

What if I need to change my order address?

We are able to make changes to addresses as long as the order has not shipped. To update the shipping address, please immediately contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com with your order number and correct shipping address.

What do I need to do to add or remove an item to my order?

Once an order has been placed, items cannot be added to or removed from the order. If your order hasn’t processed yet, and you’d like to make changes, contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com for help canceling and re-ordering.

How can I cancel an order I have placed?

Please contact us at hello@cleansimpleeats.com for order cancellation requests. If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is your 3rd party testing qualifications?

Our Testing Process: What’s not in our products can be just as important as what is in them. That’s why our products go through four rounds of advanced analytical testing at state-of-the-art labs. Many competitors test only once or twice; our testing includes: raw materials and components, in-process testing, finished product testing, and stability testing. Every single batch of our products is tested for precision, potency, and purity, including contaminants like microbes, heavy metals, pathogens, and pesticides in ISO-certified labs. Annually, we screen all products for supplement fact verification and allergens (including gluten, diary, peanut, and soy). Any batch that doesn’t meet our standards is rejected.

Our Testing Facilities: We use comprehensive third-party testing by certified, unbiased, accredited United States laboratories that follow quality standards set forth by the most prestigious national and international organizations.

Our third-party laboratories are highly respected within the industry. A few of the labs that we work with are Contract Testing Laboratories of America (CTLA), Eurofins, and Summit Nutritional Laboratories.

Our Ingredient Sourcing Process: Like our manufacturers, all of our suppliers must pass a stringent vetting process in order to work with us. We don’t use mysterious masking agents, but instead prioritize quality and pour R&D time into getting it right using real food ingredients, natural flavors, and safe sweeteners.

Do you have products for gluten-free?

Our products are all tested for gluten (with the exception of our regular Pancake & Waffle mixes which contains gluten) and have passed testing as gluten-free. Our Super Greens Mix include the allergen wheat from wheat grass which is naturally gluten-free and has passed gluten testing. At this time, our products are not certified gluten-free.

Do you have products that are dairy-free?

Our Vegan Protein Powder, Super Greens Mix, Energy Drink Mix, Hydrate Drink Mix, Antioxidants, and Flavored Nut Butters are naturally dairy-free. At this time our products are not certified vegan.

Do you have products that are plant-based?

We do have Vegan Protein Powder in both Chocolate and Vanilla that would fit perfectly with a plant-based diet! Our Vegan Protein contains four different protein sources: hemp protein isolate, pumpkin seed protein, flaxseed & chia seed. Our Super Greens Mix, Energy Drink Mix, Hydrate Drink Mix, Antioxidants, and Flavored Nut Butters are also plant-based and do not naturally contain sources of gluten or dairy.

Can I purchase your products locally?

Our website locations page has an up-to-date list of all retail locations. We're currently in over 1,000 stores in the US and Canada, and adding more all the time! We recommend calling the locations near you to ensure the products you're looking for are in stock.

Can your products be mixed and matched together?

Heck yes! In fact, we highly encourage you to stack our CSE supplements together to make them even better!

Is there a certain time I should take my supplements during the day?

What's most important is taking supplements on a regular schedule. Check out “Ideal Nutrient Timing” blog post to read how our founders, Erika & JJ, use them throughout their day. Some of our product labels also have instructions on when is best to take your supplements.

What is "macro based"?

Our entrees in our app are “Macro Based”, meaning that recipe has a balanced macronutrient ratio of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. This 40/30/30 approach has been proven time and time again to offer balance and lifelong sustainability. The most beautiful thing about following the Clean Simple Eats lifestyle (minus the food itself) is the fact that you can eat like this forever! Our meal plans were designed to help you AND your family gain lasting healthy habits in the kitchen and a positive relationship with food.

Are your products safe for kids?

We always recommend you talk to your pediatrician before giving any of your kiddos our supplements! We do offer Kid's Protein Powder; one serving of a Kids Protein Powder has half the amount of protein compared to the regular version, and also contains added vitamins, minerals, probiotics that a growing kid needs!

With our Subscribe & Save program, you'll get 15% off every order, and free shipping on every recurring order after the initial order is placed. If your first order is over $99, you'll also receive free shipping on your first order. Subscribe & Save ensures that you'll never run out of your favorite CSE products. Payment will process automatically at the frequency you select at checkout. You're also able to customize your delivery frequency, swap flavors or products, skip shipments, or cancel any time after your 2nd order.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes! You can modify your subscription at any time. Feel free to skip shipments, swap out products or flavors, or customize your delivery frequency. You can also cancel your subscription after one subsequent order processes.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by clicking "Manage Subscription" on our login page and entering your email. You will be sent a code to enter into your personal customer portal.

Subscription Price Change Policy

Subscription prices may change during the duration of your subscription. This includes both increases and decreases in price. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the new price, you have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. If your subscription is set to automatically renew, the new price will apply at the time of renewal unless you choose to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

If you purchase a subscription at a sale price, that discounted rate applies only to the initial subscription period. All subsequent renewals will be charged at the original, non-discounted subscription price in effect at the time of renewal.

If you do not wish to renew at the original subscription price, you have the option to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
