CSE taught me that healthy food can taste good, give you more sustainable energy, and honestly, my depression and anxiety has gotten so much better.
I have never been consistent with any workout or diet. A few years ago I tried Keto and lost many pounds, but then once the diet was over, it all came back with a fury.
I was excited to try the Clean Simple Eats Challenge because the diet plan seemed rounded and sustainable beyond the challenge.
I was surprised by how delicious all of the meals were. Part of my plan included closely tracking macros during a switch between a “cutting” and “bulking” phase. The Clean Simple Eats Meal Guide made tracking extremely simple. The Macro Quick List was also extremely helpful when switching from a caloric deficit (Week 1-3) to a caloric surplus (Week 4-7).
I now have the tools to continue my health/fitness journey in a sustainable, enjoyable way. Thank you Clean Simple Eats!
