Our Winter 2022 Challenge Winner, Kortney!

CONGRATS, KORTNEY!

I knew I wanted a change with my health and fitness, but was intimidated with thinking of all the time and effort to put into planning meals, going shopping, finding workouts, etc. Being five months postpartum and having three kids under the age of four, I felt like I had no time.

Then came along some advertisements I saw about the CSE Challenge and I wondered, could I do that and stay consistent? As I read reviews and researched CSE, I felt like it truly sets you up for success with having the grocery list for each week, the recipes in the book, some awesome snacks/power bites, instructions how to meal prep, and the workouts to do (cue heavenly voices). This was my answer!

All I had to do was put in the effort, mindset, and sweat! To be honest, there were some days that were hard. My family and I got sick a couple of weeks, and at first I was bummed that I couldn’t do the workouts (due to COVID-19), but I remembered the meals/snacks were going to help and after we all survived, and felt better, it was so easy to start the workouts again with the meals.

CSE truly made me feel like it was my cheerleader through the entire seven weeks, due to each week having the meals planned out, and the grocery list ready for me. In the end, two things that stand out to me from doing this challenge are: 1) My health is worth investing in. 2) I can make small changes to make my food healthier and still. Taste. Great!
