This is my third consecutive challenge I’ve participated in, and I’ve learned so much about myself during each one, while seeing the forward progress I was hoping for when I initially signed up.
I knew I needed a lifestyle change at the end of 2021 when I was at my all-time heaviest weight. I had given birth twice during the pandemic, and I was not putting my health as a priority by overeating and not choosing the best foods to fuel my body. I also had not worked out since having my second child in July 2021. I felt uncomfortable in that body, didn’t fit into any clothes and was sluggish and lazy.
Signing up for these challenges gave me the kick-start I needed to start moving my body again–which also helps me to feel my best! Through these challenges, I’ve been able to start and maintain better habits for my health to the point where this is more of a lifestyle change than a diet.
I’m now down 70 lbs and I feel so much happier and healthier, and I am able to keep up with my kids with all of their energy (not to mention I’m at my lowest adult weight at this point!). I’m so grateful for the CSE program, creators, team and fam as it has made this lasting change easier to accomplish.
