CONGRATS, JESSICA!
I think I've lost track of how many CSE fitness challenges I've participated in...but my first one I did was in March 2019, and I've been hooked ever since! I had a baby earlier this year in February, and for me this journey has been totally a commitment to and for myself. Over the past seven weeks, I've lost 7.8 lbs and 4.5". I've been able to reach goals I've had for a long time—unassisted pull-ups, chin-ups, plyo push-ups, and now working on some L-sit variation movements! It's amazing what your body is capable of when you fuel it to thrive!
I've learned over past challenges the benefits of sticking to the CSE meals, tracking macros, and keeping active with regular workouts. I knew that this challenge was another opportunity to seize to be a little better, try a little harder, and honestly commit myself fully to healthier habits amidst the busyness of life. Each challenge has been a small piece of the puzzle to making this a lifestyle change for me. Not every day is perfect, but being consistent (not necessarily motivated) is such a game changer. You think of the reasons WHY you're committed to eating well and recognize how you feel when you do and it becomes an easier choice. I look back at where I've come from, not just my "before" pics, but how I felt about myself and viewed myself.
For me, CSE has been more than a physical change, it's honestly been an emotional change. It's changed me 100%. I'm happier, more energetic, and have more confidence in myself. Past struggles with negative self talk have improved drastically. There's something to be said about eating foods that seriously taste amazing, make you feel good, and help you reach your goals! What more can you ask for? I'm so grateful that a family member introduced me to CSE over 2.5 years ago. Here's to keeping on! :) I feel in the best shape of my life now after having three children in the last five years at age 34 than I ever have in my entire life—thanks to CSE!
