I had my fourth kid one year ago, and the combination of my weight gain and age made it really hard for me to lose the weight this time around. I even tried going vegan, which sucked.
After nothing else worked, in January my friend told me to do CSE with her and promised it would work for me. We meal prep together every Monday; we strictly followed all the CSE recipes, which made it super easy for counting macros. I was shocked how yummy the food was and even more surprised about how fast the weight came off.
After about three months, all my neighbors started asking me what I was doing because I was losing so much weight. Doing CSE truly is the yummiest diet I've ever been on!
Each season we host a free 7-week, community-based health and fitness challenge. We work hard, get our sweat on, and work together to motivate each other to reach our goals.
